Fastest-growing wood refinishing franchise is midway through a banner year: a look back on this year’s achievements so far
Eventful years fly by quickly, and 2018 is shaping up to be an extraordinary year for N-Hance, the fastest-growing wood refinishing franchise in the nation. As the summer comes to a close, it’s a good time to catch up on the long list of accomplishments N-Hance has achieved so far in 2018.
N-Hance celebrates the opening of its 500th location
N-Hance entered the new year with a bang by announcing the opening of its 500th location, a milestone very few franchise systems achieve. One of the reasons N-Hance attracts so many entrepreneurs is the continued increases in top line sales. Since 2014, the top quartile of franchisees has seen over 30 percent growth year-over-year. The franchise network’s continued growth and success also pushed N-Hance Wood Refinishing to new heights Entrepreneur magazine’s “Franchise 500” list ranking for 2018, also published in January, putting it at No. 159. That’s a jump of nearly 100 spots from its previous year’s ranking!
One-year anniversary of the Brand Marketing Fund
Earlier this summer, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of our Brand Marketing Fund and its extraordinary results. We launched the fund to capitalize on our brand’s rapidly expanding profile, to grow brand equity and to connect directly to consumers and help franchisees win sales. Here are some of the highlights:
● N-Hance grew website traffic by 115% — 43,000 visitors a month, compared with 20,000 a month the year before.
● Non-Home Depot leads went up by 30%.
● Revenues derived from work obtained from N-Hance franchise kiosks in Home Depot increased by 10%.
Relationship with Home Depot continues to win big results
One of the biggest assets to a new N-Hance franchisee is our relationship with Home Depot. N-Hance has been a preferred vendor with Home Depot for several years, due to our expertise in our field and our ability to deliver exceptional and affordable solutions to our customers. At our annual convention, N-Hance announced that our relationship with Home Depot helped our franchisees generate nearly 50,000 leads in 2017.
“There’s no question that having a presence in Home Depot helps our franchisees win business,” says D’Wayne Tanner, Senior Vice President of Franchise Development with N-Hance. “We want our franchisees to begin generating revenue as quickly as possible, and we’re proud that our relationship with Home Depot helps our franchisees earn the trust and credibility that translates into sales.”
Expansion of N-Hance’s state-of-the-art training center
N-Hance recently celebrated the expansion of its state-of-the-art training facility at the brand’s headquarters in Logan, Utah. The new training facility is right next to the facility where N-Hance’s industry leading research and development team creates the brand’s proprietary product line. N-Hance added more than 250 square feet of wood flooring and a full kitchen, where new and existing franchisees can learn to apply the N-Hance products with confidence and master the services they will be offering to customers.
Here’s Dave Murphy, Director of Training, on why the new training facility is such a benefit for N-Hance franchisees:
“This new space really allows our franchisees to learn about our products and services through repetition, which is what we emphasize at training,” Murphy says. “We have both hardwood floors and a full kitchen for new franchisees to practice on, which means that when they leave here we can be sure — and, more importantly, they can be sure — that they are ready to do an exceptional job for their clients.”
